Grounded Already On Top Of Steam’s Best Seller List

While Obsidian Entertainment are largely known for their very big and sprawling RPG epics, something many hope their upcoming Avowed will be, they actually stepped back a bit from that to create Grounded. The game is a small title, on several levels, about kids who get shrunk down and must battle once harmless things in their own backyard to survive. It just hit early access for both Xbox One and PC, and despite its small stature, it seems to already have hit it big.

At the time of writing this, the game is already #1 on Steam’s Top Seller list, which you can see here. It’s no doubt helped by the budget price tag of $29.99 USD, but it’s still quite the feat when you consider it also launched on Game Pass on both Xbox One and Windows PC. Destroy All Humans!, which released the same day, is right behind it, followed by the Valve Index VR Kit and Halo: The Master Chief Collection.

Grounded is available now on Xbox One and PC through early access, with the full launch expected sometime in 2021.
