It’s a week of big releases from Nintendo’s Super Mario Bros. Wonder to Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 from Insomniac Games. However, some indie releases are worth noting, including Galvanic Games’ Wizard with a Gun. The survival sandbox title releases October 17th, and to help players understand its features, Devolver Digital has a new “What the Facts” video available.

Set in The Shatter, players are on a quest to defeat The Riders and acquire their gears to restore the Chronomancer’s Wheel. It sounds easy, but you’ll need to traverse five regions full of harsh conditions and chaotic creatures. Fortunately, a friend can tag along in co-op and offer their assistance, from combining spells to reviving you.

Overall, it takes about 20 to 40 hours to complete, so it’s likely possible to finish without doing everything or tinkering around with the various crafting materials. Wizard with a Gun is coming to Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC with the Nintendo Switch version coming later.
