While The Final Shape is still a ways off, launching on June 4th after a delay, Bungie’s Destiny 2 is receiving a sizable update with Into the Light. It features a new mode, Onslaught, for Horde Mode shenanigans, refurbished weapons and some interesting new challenges. There’s even a new social space called the Hall of Champions.

As outlined in the latest “This Week in Destiny,” it’s where players will access all of Into the Light’s activities. Shaxx will provide quests that allow for earning BRAVE weapons, while Arcite 99-40 has bounties to help increase Shaxx’s Hype, the new reputation meter. Rank up to receive Trophies of Bravery and a “special” armor set reminiscent of each class’s beginnings.

Finally, there’s a reward for unlocking all the new weapons: The Superblack shader. Yes, it’s finally back (in black). If that weren’t enough, all BRAVE weapons will receive enhanced perks when The Final Shape launches.

Destiny 2: Into the Light launches on April 9th for all platforms. A third livestream is set for April 2nd, which outlines a new PvE challenge called Pantheon, the return of two Exotic missions, and the first of three upcoming Crucible maps.
