It had been quite some time since we saw the open world game, Biomutant, until it popped up yesterday. In combo of interview and gameplay, we saw the break down of the game’s unique customization options as well its story and combat. Interlaced in that interview was various bits of gameplay, and now it seems they’ve decided to release that footage clean.
As you can see from the trailer below, we have almost 10 minutes of pure gameplay with no one talking over it. Some of it is shared, clean footage without the interview and some of it new. You get a good look at the combat and the visual update from previous showings. If you notice, too, the comic book effects also seemed to have been toned way down compared to earlier footage.
Biomutant has been announced for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, though no date has been given. You can also check out the various collector’s editions of the game and what they include through here for when the game does finally hit.
